Hampton Inn Franklin

Nice hotel. It sits outside of downtown Franklin so easy with a vehicle to get around. My wife & I like walking in the morning. The immediate surrounding area is sparse & the closest roads don’t have sidewalks. Room was clean although that musty smell persisted. Windows don’t open. That said, we’d definitely stay here again when passing through. Staff was all professional & nice.

Just stepping in through the front door to see the beautiful lobby, we knew we made the right choice hotel. The girls at the front desk were so nice and very helpful in directing us to some of the sites in the area and getting us checked in. The room is impeccably clean and beautiful. The price was a little higher than what we would normally spend but hey, it's a vacation so it was worth the few extra dollars for the nice comforts. If the breakfast in the morning is hot and delicious, then it is really worth the extra cost.

The hotel was great! The lobby was cozy and inviting with a fireplace. The location was on the top of a hill, so it’s secluded but close enough to everything. There’s not much of a view of the mts. up there. We had a small queen room which was decent and clean enough. The only minor inconvenience was we were placed directly in front of the elevator and by the ice machine so it was pretty noisy! Our view was the top of the covered entryway of the hotel. Don’t stay at Rm. 300! The staff was nice. The breakfast was wonderful! Would recommend this place! It was the best hotel with the best reviews around.

As soon as I walked in Skyler, greeted me. She was so friendly and welcoming. Told me where everything was. The hotel is tucked away on a hill.Totally awesome . I highly recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Franklin, North Carolina. The staff was extremely accommodating, warm, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and consistently well prepared, which made a big difference in starting each day. This was a very stressful work trip for me, as I had to deal with a very demanding boss the entire time. Despite that, the hotel staff made the experience so much more enjoyable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and the comfort they provided truly stood out and helped turn a difficult trip into a pleasant stay. I would absolutely recommend this Hampton Inn and would gladly stay here again.

I booked this hotel for one night as I was stopping in to Franklin just for a day. I never had to deal with customer service as I used the digital check in and key, but the lobby was clean and nice. It’s a little outdated but not terrible. It is secluded, but in a good way! I slept well and was back on the road the next day!

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn, Franklin. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way make sure my stay was the best it could be. I really appreciate this since these days it is rare to have such a positive customer service experience. Highly recommend this hotel.
